Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

Most orders within India arrive 4–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote locations, service disruptions and public holidays can extend this estimate.

Shipping charges

Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard delivery is free on eligible orders over ₹999.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible postal codes and orders. Availability is confirmed during checkout.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared after dispatch when supported by the delivery partner. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address changes and failed delivery

Review the shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an order has not been dispatched, request a correction through the Contact page. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed delivery may be payable by the customer.

Delayed or missing orders

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
