These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bagiwal online store. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must use the store only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current information when ordering. You may not interfere with store security, misuse store content or attempt unauthorised access.

Products and presentation

We try to present product colours, measurements, materials and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and handmade or textile variations can result in minor differences. Such reasonable variations are not defects.

Pricing and orders

Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct genuine pricing, description or availability errors and may cancel or limit an order where necessary. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; an order is accepted when it is processed for dispatch.

Payment

You agree to provide valid payment and billing information. Available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery where eligible, are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any charges authorised through your chosen method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery and return conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Store design, written content, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Bagiwal. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers for hosting, payments, delivery or technical functions. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bagiwal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from store use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having lawful jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
